At KÁRLAI THE LABEL, we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Items must be in their original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the issue

Where appropriate and in accordance with New Zealand consumer law, KÁRLAI THE LABEL may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn
• Items that have been washed
• Items that have been altered
• Items damaged after delivery
