Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard Shipping

• Cost: $10 NZD
• Free on orders over $100 NZD
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

• Cost: $12 NZD
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
